She spent over 27 years as an educator and instructional leader, closing learning gaps and building pathways for students who didn't have easy access to opportunity. That work taught her one unavoidable truth: the right system, in the right hands, changes outcomes.
From there, she stepped into HR and operations — serving as HR Director and Payroll Specialist for Amazon Logistics companies through their DSP program. She managed teams, built onboarding systems, wrote SOPs, and solved real operational problems at scale.
Then she built businesses of her own — including K12 Tutor Connect, the K12 Tutor Connect Foundation, Crush My Plans, Pocket Tutor, DataForward, ClassToHome, K12 AI Connect, and Will Chase AI Solutions.
Today, Dr. Dreeka is a CPD-certified AI Consultant helping school districts, businesses, and entrepreneurs integrate AI strategically — so they can move faster, work smarter, and scale with confidence.
